STRAIGHT NAILING
The assembly process is carried out using 18, 20 or 22 nails, depending on the size of the workpiece being processed. The linear nail feeder distributes the nails through three coaxial distributors.
GLUE DISTRIBUTION
A proven system ensures precise adhesive distribution on the insole. Temporary adjustments to the gluing process can be made without affecting the programmed settings.
MOVABLE DIE
Die-locking system that allows the shoe to be positioned outside the machine, enabling manual quality adjustments and footwear inspection.
TOUCH SCREEN
Touchscreen display with intuitive software and unlimited programmable functions.
